In order to avoid any unscheduled downtime and maximize team morale, we have set these
policies to protect our business, valuable team members and loyal guests. We run on tight
schedules and believe in paying our team fair wages. In return we promise quality service and
We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment are made 24 hours
prior to your scheduled appointment time. Less than 24 hours impacts our opportunity to
serve others. Please call the salon when you need to cancel or change an appointment.
We understand that life can be busy and you may miss an appointment without notice.
However, if this happens more than once we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 50% of
the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask for a deposit or pre
payment via credit card prior to booking future appointments.
If you miss an appointment we will require a credit card on file for future appointments. Your
card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel
within 24 notice requirement.
We securely store card information with our third party provider Phorest. No-one at Studio
Luxe has access to this information. Your personal data is securely stored with Phorest and
complies with current data protection practices.
Please try to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late it can impact
the ability to serve other clients as well as cut the timing of your service time. If you are more
than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We take the integrity of you hair very seriously. We expect that you are honest in your
consultation prior to any color or chemical service. Results can vary and are never guaranteed.
REFUNDS AND GUARANTEES
We want you to love your hair. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you
received at Studio Luxe, We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please call to address
any adjustments within the first 10 days after the service. Any attempts made at home or by
another salon will void the redo and refund policy. Any calls made after the 10 day period may
result in charges for new services. This is due to home care and hair growth within this time
We will not guarantee any color or chemical service when proper hair care is not being
maintained. We can only guarantee services when the use of recommended hair care from
Studio Luxe is being used. Any refunds must be approved by management.
